Our version of this Italian Classic is flavoured with real orange and lemon, spiked with apricot, nectarine and peach, slivered almonds and a touch of rum and vanilla for extra richness.
Pan au Chocolate
Our version is based on brioche, with a gentle swirl of sweetened cacao, and fine chocolate morsels.
Rich lofty bread sweetened with a touch of honey and tickled with vanilla, then topped with a honey almond glaze and slivered toasted almonds. Pull it apart or slice it, either way this loaf won't last long.
