Refund policy

Please review your order carefully as we are unable to offer any returns or refunds, we offer store credit only.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and advise us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. From time to time we may be unable to fulfill your order completely, for these circumstances we do offer credits towards future purchases, and not refunds.

Please understand that all of our baked goods are created in small batches and are artisan made, so they will differ from item to item as well as differ by any photographs or representations on our website, and garnishes may not be included unless noted. Delicate items may shift slightly during delivery but this does not impact flavour or quality. Our products do not contain preservatives or additives and are at their absolute best on date of pick up.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), unsealed products, products removed from packaging and personal care goods.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or refund them for cash.

Refunds 

We can only refund or cancel orders that are cancelled within 24 hours of your orders time stamp. You must email us within this time frame to request a cancellation or a refund. We are unable to cancel or refund orders beyond this window as we may have started preparing your order or purchased stock or scheduled staff to create your order for you.

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS  OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ITEMS PURCHASED AT MARKETS OR THIRD PARTY VENDORS OR ON ITEMS THAT ARE DELIVERED. Please check that your order is correct upon receiving it so we can remedy any damaged or incorrect items in your purchase. 

Refunds are issued  on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Replacements will be available for pick up within 7 business days and  store credits must be used by December 15, 2021.
